Pulltap's shipping, cancelation and return policies

We put our shipping, cancellation and return policies at your disposal.

I. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipment of the package

As a general rule, orders are sent within 24-48 hours after receiving payment for the order, through various couriers such as Correos, Mail Boxes Etc (MBE), or GLS depending on the type of order and destination.

It must be taken into account that personalized products usually have an additional manufacturing time of between one and two weeks.

We currently have stock for all our standard products, with the possibility of delivery within 24 - 48 hours from receipt of the order, not counting travel time. If we do not have the requested product, we will do our best to find a solution or delivery time satisfactory to both parties.

Shipping charges provided by Pulltap's include packaging and handling charges as well as postal charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination. At Pulltap's we recommend grouping all possible items in the same order.

It is not possible to invoice an order in one country and invoice in another. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items as best as possible.

All orders are reviewed before shipping to ensure the best quality and service. We deliver bulk orders in 30 x 30 x 15 cm boxes, which when filled weigh 17kg. For private customers, the products are delivered in acetate (PET) boxes inside padded envelopes or small boxes.

All packages are sent with the most economical option.

2. Shipments to particulas

For shipments to individuals, we send the corkscrews in acetate boxes wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid shocks.

  • Mainland Spain, Portugal, and Andorra: We generally ship via GLS in 24/48 hour service, with tracking number, provided by email by the courier.
  • Balearic Islands: We generally ship by postal registered letter by Correos ("Spanish Post"). It is tracked and requires a signature to authenticate delivery.
  • Canary Islands: We use the postal registered letter service by Correos ("Spanish Post"), attaching the commercial invoice so that it can pass customs without problems. It has a tracking number and requires a signature.
  • Members of the European Union (France, Germany, Belgium, etc.): For shipments to member countries of the European Union we make them through the Eurobusiness Small Parcel service by GLS. It has a tracking number, provided by email by the courier. Estimate: 3-5 business days.
  • European countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, etc.): In these cases we use the Paq Light service by Correos ("Spanish Post") to send the package by ordinary mail. It has a tracking number and does not require a signature since it is delivered in a mailbox. Estimate: 5-7 business days.
  • United States: We ship using the Standard Paq service by Correos ("Spanish Post"). It has a tracking number and does not require a signature since it is delivered in a mailbox. Estimate: 3-10 business days.
  • United Kingdom: To send to the United Kingdom we use the postal registered letter service by Correos ("Spanish Post"). It has a tracking number and requires a signature to authenticate delivery. Estimate: 5-10 business days.
  • Australia and New Zealand: For these two countries we use the Express Service by Fedex (through MBE). It has a tracking number and requires a signature. Estimate: +10 business days.
  • Rest of the world: As a general rule we use the Paq Light service by Correos ("Spanish Post") whenever possible. It has a tracking number and does not require a signature since it is delivered in a mailbox. Estimate: +10 business days.

3. Shipping to business

For companies, we send the corkscrews in bulk in 240u boxes. The service we use varies by country and quantity, but we generally prioritize using the following services.

  • Mainland Spain, Portugal, and Andorra: We generally ship with standard MRW or MBE services, depending on the destination. National service 24/48 hours, with tracking number and signature required.
  • Balearic Islands: We generally ship through MRW's 24/48h National Service. Has tracking number and signature required.
  • Canary Islands: It is studied on a case-by-case basis.
  • Europe: We usually ship with MBE's Standard Service. It has a tracking code and requires a signature. Estimate: 3-5 business days.
  • United States: We usually ship with MBE's Standard Service. It has a tracking code and requires a signature. Estimate: 3-7 business days.
  • United Kingdom: We usually ship with MBE's Standard Service. It has a tracking code and requires a signature. Estimate: 3-5 business days.
  • Australia and New Zealand: For these two countries we use the Fedex Express Service (through MBE). It has a tracking number and requires a signature.
  • Rest of the world: We usually ship with MBE's Standard Service. It has a tracking code and requires a signature.

4. Additional services and charges

Pulltap's is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur during shipping.

If you would like to use another courier or service than the one proposed by our sales team, additional charges may apply. In the event of closing a commercial order with a proforma invoice and prior payment in advance, a quote for express shipments and with comprehensive insurance can be requested without any obligation. This option is available for national and international shipments.

II. CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer has the right to cancel his order at any time, but only before shipping. If you want to cancel the shipment after it has been sent, you would have to request a return.

For orders with personalized items, it is not possible to cancel them once we have started the personalization process.

To cancel an order, the customer only needs to notify Pulltap's by email at pull@pulltaps.com, indicating well the order number and the reason.

To make the refund, Pulltap's will need the customer to provide their bank details to be able to make the refund by bank transfer. If the payment was made through PayPal, Pulltap's will make the refund through this platform instead of by bank transfer.

III. RETURN POLICY

In compliance with current regulations in the European Union (EU), customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Pulltap's is not responsible for any shipping costs that may be incurred in the return process. Once the product is received by Pulltap's, the refund will be made within 24/48 hours.

After the 14-day period stipulated by the EU, Pulltap's only accepts returns of products with factory defects. Pulltap's does not accept returns on personalized products.

In case of return, the steps to follow are:

  • 1. Notify Pulltap's, leaving in writing the desire to request a return. You can do this by email at pull@pulltaps.com, indicating well the order number and the reason.
  • 2. Send the products within 14 days from the notice.
  • 3. Wait for the refund from Pulltap's within a period of 24/48 hours after we receive the return package.

To make the refund, Pulltap's will need the customer to provide their bank details to be able to make the refund by bank transfer. The waiting time for the refund to become effective will depend on the banking entities. If the payment was made through PayPal, Pulltap's will make the refund through this platform instead of by bank transfer.

When Pulltap's receives the returned items, they will be analyzed to check their condition, and the amount will be refunded.
